To estimate proteins in fish muscle. For the quantitative estimation of proteins there are various titrimetric and colorimetric methods. In the present experiment we shall follow the modified Biuret method (Hawk, et, al., 1954; Raymont et, al., 1964) for the colorimetric analysis and Kjeldahl method for the titrimetric analysis. |
