Making flannel board

Making Flannel Board

  1. Cut a piece of ply wood, wall board, hard board or heavy card board to the appropriate size. For the audience up to 100 persons a 3x3 feet board is suitable.
  2. Stretch a piece of rough surfaced cloth, such as cotton flannel, raw silk or burlap, over the board and fasten it securely on the back with the tape, stapler or thumb tacks.
  3. The flannel should be light in colour fro most use. Light grey or light tan and green are good colours for the purpose.
