Round or oval shaped; eccentric nucleus with chromatin arranged like a clock-face or cart-wheel. Cytoplasm basophilic (Pyrinophilic).
Macrophages

Macrophages

 Note the large size of cell with abundant cytoplasm. May contain phagocytosed particles.

Modified macrophages

Epithelioid cells-Modified macrophages

Large cells, abundant cytoplasm, indistinct borders
