Introduction

A pharmacist has to frequently prepare solutions, mix solutions, prepare dosage forms. To do these accurately, he has to be conversant with some fundamental mathematicsl principles and the basic set of calculations involving ratio, proportion per cent, dilutions dose calculations etc.
