• Acetylcholine (10mg/ml), histamine (10mg/ml), barium chloride (10mg/ml) mepyramine (1 mg/ml), atropine (1 mg/ml), papaverine (100 mg/ml)

Requirements

• Guinea pig, Tyrode’s solution, physiograph with a transducer.
