MATERIALS

• Agarose 1% in normal saline

• In case of poultry pathogens the composition is
  • Agarose   : 1g
  • Sodium chloride : 8 g
  • Distilled water     : 100ml 
• To avoid contamination during storage and incubation add sodium azide 0.05g or merthiolate 1 in 10,000 concentration.
• Template (3 well/6well pattern).
• Test Antigen  / Test serum.
• Positive serum.
• Negative serum.
• Negative antigen.
• Gel cutter - 4mm diameter.
• Wide mouth petridish.
• Glass microscopic slide 75mm X 25mm.
• Sodium Chloride.
• Micropipete.
