• Thawed serum samples
• V-bottom microwell plates with covers
• Phosphate Buffered Saline / Normal saline
• 1 percent washed red blood cells
• V-bottom reagent trough
• 25 µl single and multichannel pipettes and tips
• Virus antigen diluted to 4 HA units per 25 µl
• Standard positive and negative serum.
