General meetings

The term General meetings includes all kinds of meetings held by extension workers

Essential elements:

It is obvious that elements which make for a successful meeting will vary greatly with the kind of meeting being held. There are certain elements which are essential in practically all meetings. They are as follows

1. Determine the place of the meeting in the teaching plan
2. Determine the specified purpose of the meeting and the segment of the extension clientele to be reached
3. Plan in advance for meeting
4. Conduct the meeting
5. Follow up the meeting
