• Selection of dosage of pituitary extract for injection of carps.
• Understanding of synthetic hormones, application dosage and other spawning agents.
• Brood stock management and transportation. How to maintain health status of brooders by nutrition and health management .
• Learning identification of sex of brooders, different protocols in breeding - injection of spawning agents, spawn collection, examination of fertilized eggs and assessing fertility rate.
• Induced breeding of exotic carps and understanding the embryonic developmental stages
