1.1.1. Introduction
Spectroscopic techniques are used to quantify a chemical substance and to study their structure and reactions. They involve the interaction of light with matter. They are used to proble the consistency and conformational structure of the biological molecules. This technique is unique as it does not degrade the molecules. They are the first analytical procedures used by is the biochemical scientists. |
