5.2.2.Causes of spoilage in canned foods
To consider that the canned food is not spoilt, both the shape of the can and the food packed inside should be in good condition. There are many causes for the spoilage of cans which can be classified as follows,
- Physical causes
- Chemical causes
- Microbial causes
