Determining appropriate moral course of action: At this point the individual is aware of several alternate courses of action as well as, how each one affect the welfare of others. It is the choice of the individual to determine what ought to be done in a given situation.
Deciding what one will actually do: The individual has already selected the morally appropriate course of action and must now decide what to do.
Implementing the chosen course of action: Involves thinking through a plan of concrete behavior for executing the chosen course of action.
