Specifications for raw materials are required in order to fulfill the needs and demands of the consumers, processors and traders. Depending upon the target group the specifications will be varying. Once the specifications are established the movement of the raw material either in the national market or international market would become easy. They strong>provide a common ground for commercial negotiations among traders national and international traders.
