Kilims

Originally small, these slit-weave tapestry wool rugs have become larger and quite popular. Kilims usually are reversible. They are made in bold colors and a variety of designs typical of the regions where they were woven. Typical design motifs include geometric designs and stylized figures of people, animals and flowers.
