  • Dry pasta is mainly composed of carbohydrates. It contain small amount of fat and minerals.
  • A large proportion of carbohydrates is in the form of complex carbohydrate.
  • It is digested slowly and valuable to the diabetics or who work strenuously or exercise for long period.
