Packaging material used

Idli, dosas, pizzas are packed in packaging material having low water vapour and oxygen permeability, odour and grease resistance and good physical strength. Packaging material used are molded plastic containers, plastic film/bag, pouches or paper board cartons.

Now it is possible to pack ready to eat materials commercially and to extend the shelf life up to few years.
