Oral and facial lesions

When human subjects are fed for 4 months on a diet providing about 0.5 mg./day of riboflavin, they develop angular stomatitis, cheilosis and nasolabial seborrhea. Glossitis including the magenta coloured tongue and atrophic lingual papillae are also seen in some cases.
