Don’ts for meal planning

  • Avoid using the same food twice in a day without varying its form except staples and milk
  • Try not to use the same food twice in the same meal even in different forms
  • Do not use the same food too frequently even from day to day
  • Avoid monotony in colour, texture etc in any meal or in the daily diet.
