People who eat out more number of times are susceptible for obesity.

  • Children are exposed to high calorie, high fat foods which are delicious and are readily available, because of advertisements.
  • Skipping meals at home and consuming junk foods that are readily available outside home (very salty, high sugar and fat).
  • Family habits, emotional stress and hormonal imbalance.
