Premenstrual syndrome

Can be observed 7-10 days prior to onset of menstruation. These include

  • Weight gain
  • Abdominal bloating
  • Breast engorgement and pain
  • Constipation
  • Peripheral oedema
  • Head ache, irritability, anxiety, depression, tension, fatigue, lack of concentration, increased appetite, craving for sweet and salty foods.
