Innovative planning

It offers exciting possibilities for early childhood professionals and parents. Innovative planning is a technique for getting concerned people together for the purpose of brainstorming possibilities for a new service or a new direction. Innovative planning in a center could be used for retrenchment, as well as for new programmes. The leadership – entrepreneur generally sets the stage for brainstorming, giving information about forthcoming possibilities. Example: entrepreneur should hold brainstorming sessions for planning new programmes or for modifying the existing programmes depending on the need and the current trend.
