People accumulate an amazing amount of things. The thing is that we often do not know for sure if this or that item will come in handy to us one day and decide to keep it. There are also items, which provide us with pleasant memories and it seems difficult to part with or throw them away. However, no matter what reasons make us store all those things, their amount keeps growing with every passing year and sooner or later we face a necessity to look for the best extra storage space in our houses. Unfortunately, it is not easy to find such places in our homes and work space, since most of them are designed in such a way that it is extremely hard to utilize the available space.

In most of the small and compact cottages and apartments or office establishments there are no separate store rooms. Without adequate storage, no house or office can be efficient and finding suitable places for items is not always easy. However, with careful planning of storage spaces this problem can be overcome in any work environment or small apartment too. Things have to be accommodated in a smart and trendy style. A built-in shelving unit can add character, charm and, of course, shelf space to a room without taking up valuable floor space.
