Head Profile View and Features

The head in profile is one head length in length and width. The top of the ear is on the line with the eye. To draw the head in profile, draw a circle and divide it into four equal parts. The eye will be on the horizontal line in the centre of the two quadrants. The brow will be slightly above the eye and in the same curve as the shape of the eye. The chin will rest at the bottom horizontal line. The base of the nose will be half between the base of the chin and the brow. The top of the ear will be in line with the brow and the ear lobe will be in line with the base of the nose. The front of the ear will touch the centre vertical line. The curve of the head will touch the top horizontal line and the right most vertical line and end at the base of the nose.
