Personal constraints

1. Association of previous negative experience: Earlier failure may limit the clientele from acceptance of innovation.

2. Biased feedback from the kinship: Many times based on the experiences and satisfaction of near and dear ones the clientele make innovation decision.

3. Low risk taking behavior: The clientele measure the risk involved in the innovation system. If he has low risk taking behavior, he rejects the innovation.

4. Lack of decision making skill: Incapability in making a decision will have direct bearing on innovation decision.

• Perceived attribute of an Innovation: If the feature of the innovation is not as per the expectation the clientele may reject the innovation.
