6.2.3.3.2.2.Honolulu technique

Honolulu technique is developed by Dr. Teruhiko Wakayama at the University of Hawaii. In this method, the nucleus from a somatic cell is removed and injected into the enucleated egg cell. The egg is then given a bath in a chemical solution. The developing embryo is then implanted into a surrogate and allowed to develop.
