RAPID METHOD OF PREPARATION OF "H" ANTIGEN

• The broth medium may be inoculated heavily and incubated in a water batch at 35 to 37⁰C for 4-6 hours.
• Treat the culture with formalinized saline solution for 1 hour.
• Test with H antiserum.
