Calculation
Draw a standard graph by plotting the concentration of the histamine ( m g) in the X axis and the fluorescent intensity (mV) on the Y axis. Compute the concentration present in the sample extract from the standard graph. The histamine content is calculated as follows: Histamine (ppm) = C x D.F W Where, C – Concentration of histamine, ppm W – Weight of the fish, g D.F – Dilution factor |
