Economy

A building treated with any structural enrichment in the exterior should prove good investment. The economy may not be a principle of planning but a factor that certainly affects planning. It should not have any bad affect on grouping or aspect, however the prospect at the most to some extent can be sacrificed if need be.

Economy should not have any adverse effect on the utilities and safety of structure. A structure designed for a good strength and solid character may be costly in its initial cost but may prove cheaper in main run as it saves maintenance costs.
