Lesson 6:Oblique Projection Drawings

Types

The Oblique projection is based on scales by which the receding lines are drawn and their inclination to the horizontal is known as receding angles. The appearance of distortion of an object can be improved by shortening the length of the receding lines. There are two types of oblique projection used in drawing. The only difference between the two named styles is in the scale of the dimension going away from the viewer.
