• Clients are well informed and they look in for both quality and value.Clients are able to judge the quality of care and value of service which they receive.We call profession of Veterinary medicine as "People Service Business". But msot of the veterinary college provide minimum knowledge to their graduates on veterinary practice management and client management. Hence, hospital management becomes priorty area in veterinary teaching.
• Effective hospital management is required based on the facators like a. Inflation (also increase in cost of equipments/drugs) b. Competition c.Client attitudes d. Malparctice.
