RECEPTION

• This is the first area of impression, so make the client comfortable and confident
• The areas should carry well maintained palnts, warm colours, wall hangings/paintings, may even have an aquarium, reading materials neatly organised
• Clients should spend only short time here
• Examination rooms/cubicles should be warm coloured
• The medical records, equipments/instruments, drugs etc. should be placed out of reach from clients and kids
• Room should be clean with clean sink and floor

• Sinks should be as deep as possible to prevent splashing of water use of foot pedals or infrared sensors allows hands-free operation
