Communication assessment focuses on mode of communication that is speech. Social aspects of communication is known as pragmatics Speech: It refers auditory – articulatory code by which we represent spoken languages. Pragmatics: It refers to the use of language in a psychosocial context and includes the rules that govern how language is used for the purpose of communication.
