Entrepreneur’s role in Child care center

The director’s role is affected by expectations of the community and expectations of the clients. They have the responsibility to serve as child advocates, should balance meeting personal and center needs—knowledge, disposition, organization and support. All contribute to director’s success.

Personal qualities:

• Should care about people.
• Should not hesitate to do any activity of the center under emergencies.
• Assumes the role of learner as well as the teacher.
• Enthusiastic.
• Able to listen to people and provide emotional support for both children and adults.
• Serve as models of balance by meeting their personal and official needs.
