The Licensing Process

“It may be defined as a series of operations consciously effected, in a successive or simultaneous manner, in order to achieve a given goal or set of goals. While all the operations or phases are interrelated and must be properly integrated (they may even be performed simultaneously), each phase has its own unique purpose or function.

The licensing process includes five steps:
