Technology dissemination

It involves informing farm women of the new technology and helping them figure out how to fit it into their routine activities. Dissemination means to spread widely and wisely. The extension demonstration is one of the most effective means for dissemination of homestead technologies. Most farm women will not adopt a practice until they have either experimented with it in their own way or in some other households r have seen it perform. A large number of communication methods and channels are used by different agencies for dissemination of technologies. As technology becomes more complex, the farm women need more assistance and information to be able to fit technology into their own practices.
