Types of advertising copy

An effective advertising copy arrests, informs, impresses and impels the reader. Elements such as attention, suggestion, money, conviction, sentiment, education and instinct are the essential elements that are to be considered to achieve the above said effectiveness. There are six types of advertising copies .

  1. Institutional copy
  2. Reason why copy
  3. Human interest copy
  4. Suggestive copy
  5. Educational copy
  6. Expository copy
