Panther (Panthera pardus)

  • Highly adaptable to different environmental conditions

Cheetah  (Acinonyx jubatus)

  • Also called as hunting leopard
  • Long-legged felid with slim build & non-retractile claws are seen.
  • Coat varies from tawny to pale buff and is having a solid close-set black spots.
  • Deep outline of forehead and dome –like cranium.
  • Prefers open grass lands
  • Can attain a speed of 110 kms an hour faster than the fastest greyhound and can keep it for about 366 mt
