DIAGNOSTIC METHODS

  • Examine the degree of agglutination. It is judged by the opacity of supernatant fluid.
  • The highest dilutions of serum which produces the agglutination of antigen is considered as the end point.
  • Dilutes in dilution. This may be due to incomplete antibody.
