2. Popular bulletin:

To present material to the people in the field of action.
All the extension bulletins are popular bulletins
Size of bulletin is 6*9 inches and 20 pages

Points to be considered for the preparation of effective popular bulletin

1. Have good eye appeal
2. Use direct style in writing
3. Choose words as you word to your friends
4. Select words and use them with proper relations
5. Make sentences light meaning be clear, precise
6. Have short paragraphs
7. Plan and prepare yourself about the facts, their coordination, adaptation, interpretation and application
8. Have suitable and good features depicting action
9. Write your own out lines (i.e. writing that explains photographs)
10. Decide on the number of pages
11. Cover should be colorful with symbols, illustrations and should be appropriate to the subject matter.
12. Title should be given much thought and it should be concise and provocating
