Staffing

Staffing is a process of recruiting and dealing with the human resources required to perform the functions of the center.

  • In the staffing process, the manager carries out an objective assessment of qualifications, abilities, and achievements of potential staff members and recruits and assigns staff members to carry out the goals of the center efficiently.
  • Orients, advise supports, develops and evaluates staff members in a timely manner.
  • Maintains constructive relationships with staff and others.
  • Carries out an objective evaluation of the performance of staff members and communicates concerning strengths and weaknesses.
  • Plans and carries out a dynamic program of staff development.
