Staffing

Staffing is the process of recruiting and dealing with the human resources required to perform the functions of the center.

People are the human resources that hold key to meeting the goals of an organization such as a child development center. Many non human resources such as facilities, equipment and supplies stand idle and are ineffectively used without skilled people who can put them to proper use.

People’s knowledge, skills, abilities, stamina, enthusiasm and love are aspects of their human energy.
