At this step the design transforms from plan to reality. The materials are procured and arranged following the principles of design and constructed to get the final product. During implementation of plan some times changes are needed owing to numerous uncontrollable factors (details may need adjustment or new ideas may arise that significantly improves the work). These are incorporated at this stage but the purpose of the product should not be affected by these changes. Some may be incorporated without affecting what is already done while others may require analysis of the whole project and need movement to the preceding steps. To overcome this situation, apparel manufacturers make a sample to ensure that the outline of the plan produces an apparel article reflecting the designer's goal. If modifications are needed, they can be done before the start of mass production of the final design.
