Relationships and Networks

It is the practice of building long-term satisfying relations with key parties like customers, suppliers, distributors, retailers etc. This develops due to delivery of quality goods, good service and fair prices on products. A unique company asset called a marketing network is built up which leads to better marketing opportunities.

It is not simply attracting new customer and creating new transactions, but it has to aim at holding the customer and grow the business with the customer.
