Preserves

Meaning: The fruits are shredded into small pieces, blanched and cooked in sugar syrup till the fruit pieces are soft and syrup reaches soft ball stage. It has spreadable consistency.

Types: Morabba from ripe mango, raw mango, pineapple, karonda, aonla, guava and ber. The shelf life is about 1 year.
