Psycho sexual Stages

Freud’s Psychodynamic Theory says that the energy the Id produces to obtain pleasure is called LIBIDO. He believed that at different ages human beings express tension most intensely in different areas of the body, which needs reduction. Based on this Freud named stages of development known as psycho-sexual development stages.

1. The oral stage (0-18 months)

4. Latency period (5-12 years)
   
   
5. Genital stage (12 to 14 years)
