The ruler straight lines of darts can be changed to curved lines that will fit body curves snugly and smoothly, revealing body contours. (Figure 6)

Any dart can be made with curved lines, but the darts located over the most curvaceous areas of the body are curved frequently. On the average figure the areas above and below the bust level in front are the most curvaceous. There are two types of curves in body i.e. Concave curves and Convex curves and they will require two different types of corresponding curves on darts.
