Conclusion

Interfacing, underlining and lining are all necessary for a garment. They may not be visible but can make a great difference to the appearance and wear of the garment. If badly applied, they can ruin the garment which they were meant to compliment and support. Thus, lining material cover interior construction details and allow garment to slide on and off easily while, interlinings provide warmth.
