LIQUID MEDICATION OF DOG 

• Liquid medication can be given b depositing the fluid inside the lips at the commissure of the mouth.
• The held should be tilted back slightly to form a pouch with the cheek.
• The licking and swallowing process can be initiated by depositing small quantity of medicine first.
• This is signaled by the tongue flicking out of the mouth.
• If the dog fails to swallow, a small quantity of medicine can be deposited on the tip of the nose.
• This stimulate the animal to lick the fluid.
• Only after the dog starts swallowing the large quantity of medicine should be deposited further.
