The Sayaji Park in Baroda is named after the former Maharaja Sayaji Rao III who established it in 1879 over an area of 40 hectares.
The garden is a beautiful belt of greenery.
Out of a collection of 8000 various ornamental trees , Hyphaene thebaica, the branching palm, in one corner is rare one
The brand stand spread over an area of little over one hectare is an attraction.
