Youth against Famine (draught)

The youth against Famine campaign was sponsored by the environment of and the voluntary agencies. Jointly under this scheme, both student and non student youth work together along with their adults in the villages. The campaign provides

1. Academic education by training the students for facing real life situation and making practical use of technical and other education.
2. Emphasize the dignity of labour and increase serial awareness among the students.
3. Students (youth) are involved in activities like digging of irrigation wells and tasks, repair of canals, constitution of contour bunds, leveling of land, afforestation etc.
